1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY
All products and services offered by Abundance Global Petroleum F.Z.E. ("AGP") through agpfueldata.com are digital in nature. AGP does not sell, manufacture, or ship physical goods of any kind. All deliverables — including the AGP Fuel Data Desk daily bulletin, analytical reports, market commentary, and any supplementary materials included in a subscription plan — are delivered exclusively in electronic format via email.
No physical item will be dispatched following any purchase. By subscribing to any AGP Service, you acknowledge and accept that delivery occurs exclusively through digital means.
2. DELIVERY METHOD
The primary delivery method for all AGP subscription content is email delivery to the address registered on your account. AGP uses a professional email service provider to ensure reliable delivery. You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid, accessible email address.
To ensure successful delivery: add data@agpfueldata.com to your contacts or safe sender list immediately after subscribing. AGP is not responsible for emails routed to spam, junk, or promotions folders as a result of your email provider's filtering settings.
3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The AGP Fuel Data Desk daily bulletin is published and distributed on each business day. For the purposes of this Policy, "business day" means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery timing is targeted to reach subscribers before the commencement of the relevant trading session for the covered commodity markets. Exact delivery times may vary due to operational factors and are not guaranteed.
AGP publishes on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted daily delivery. In the event of technical disruption, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond AGP's reasonable control, delivery may be delayed or suspended temporarily. AGP will notify subscribers of any extended service interruption affecting more than two (2) consecutive business days.
4. SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION
Following successful payment processing, your subscription will be activated within twenty-four (24) hours. A welcome email confirming activation will be sent to your registered address. The welcome email includes confirmation of your plan, delivery schedule information, and instructions for managing your subscription.
If you do not receive a welcome email within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, please: (a) check your spam and promotions folder; (b) ensure that data@agpfueldata.com is not blocked by your email provider; and (c) contact data@agpfueldata.com for assistance.
5. DELIVERY FAILURES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
AGP monitors delivery rates and investigates reported delivery failures. If you do not receive the daily bulletin on any given business day, contact data@agpfueldata.com. AGP will investigate and, where a delivery failure was caused by a system error on our part, will resend the affected bulletin within one (1) business day.
AGP accepts no liability for delivery failures caused by: subscriber-side email configuration or filtering; inactive, full, or inaccessible email accounts; third-party email provider outages; or internet connectivity issues on the subscriber's side.
6. ACCESS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation of a subscription, email delivery of the daily bulletin will continue until and including the last day of the current paid billing period. No delivery will occur after the end of the paid period. Reactivation of a cancelled subscription restores delivery from the next business day following successful payment.
