1. SCOPE
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscription purchases made through agpfueldata.com (the "Site") and governs your rights with respect to refunds, billing corrections, and dispute resolution in connection with your subscription to AGP Services. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. SEVEN-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE — FIRST SUBSCRIPTION ONLY
AGP offers a seven (7) day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment made by any new Subscriber. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your subscription during the first seven (7) calendar days following your initial payment, you may submit a refund request and receive a full refund of that payment, without condition and without requirement to provide a reason.
Eligibility conditions for the 7-day guarantee:
(a) The request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the initial charge.
(b) The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Reactivated accounts or previously refunded accounts are not eligible.
(c) Only the initial subscription payment is covered. Subsequent renewal payments are not covered by this guarantee.
To claim your guarantee refund, contact: billing@agpfueldata.com with the subject line "Refund Request — 7-Day Guarantee" and include your registered email address and the payment date. We will confirm receipt within one (1) business day.
3. REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE GUARANTEE PERIOD
Except as provided in Section 2 above, subscription fees are non-refundable once the seven (7) day guarantee period has expired. Cancellation of a subscription after the guarantee period results in termination of auto-renewal only; no refund is issued for any remaining portion of the current paid billing period. Access to Services continues until the end of the paid period.
4. BILLING ERRORS AND DUPLICATE CHARGES
Notwithstanding Section 3, AGP will issue a full refund for any of the following billing errors, regardless of when they occurred:
(a) Duplicate charges for the same billing period resulting from a technical error.
(b) Charges made after a valid and confirmed cancellation has been processed.
(c) Charges made in amounts different from the agreed subscription price due to a system error.
(d) Charges made to an account that was never activated.
To report a billing error, contact: billing@agpfueldata.com within sixty (60) calendar days of the erroneous charge. Billing errors reported after this period may not be eligible for correction.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but are typically completed within five (5) to ten (10) business days following approval. AGP is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
6. CHARGEBACKS
AGP strongly encourages Subscribers to contact our billing team directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. AGP maintains detailed transaction records and will cooperate fully with any legitimate payment dispute process. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AGP may result in temporary suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that AGP is unable to deliver Services for a continuous period exceeding five (5) business days due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures), Subscribers may be entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund at AGP's discretion.
