1. INTRODUCTION AND DATA CONTROLLER

Abundance Global Petroleum F.Z.E. ("AGP", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, is the data controller responsible for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data submitted through or collected in connection with the website agpfueldata.com (the "Site") and all associated services ("Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have in relation to your data. This Policy is designed to comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("UAE PDPL") and relevant international standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

By using the Site or subscribing to any Service, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your data as described herein.

2.1 Data you provide directly to us:

Full name; email address; phone number; company name and business address; job title; country of residence; payment method details (processed by our payment processor — AGP does not store card numbers or full payment credentials); and any communications you address to us.

2.2 Data collected automatically when you use the Site:

IP address; approximate geographic location (country and city level); device type and operating system; browser type and version; referring URL; pages visited, time spent, and interaction data; and session identifiers.

2.3 Data received from third parties:

Transaction status and billing confirmations from our payment processor; email delivery, open, and click data from our email service provider (SendPulse); and analytics data from website analytics tools.

3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

We process your personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

Performance of a contract: Activating and maintaining your subscription; delivering the daily bulletin and other Services to your registered email address; processing your payments; and sending transactional communications (receipts, confirmations, cancellation notices).

Legitimate interests: Operating and improving the Site and Services; detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats; conducting analytics to understand how the Site is used; and enforcing our Terms of Service.

Consent: Sending marketing and promotional communications where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting privacy@agpfueldata.com.

Legal obligation: Retaining records as required by UAE commercial and tax law; cooperating with regulatory or law enforcement requests where legally required.

4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

AGP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share data only with trusted service providers acting as data processors on our behalf and subject to contractual data processing obligations:

Payment processors: Process subscription payments on our behalf. They receive only the data necessary to execute and confirm your transaction.

Email service provider (SendPulse): Manages the delivery of the daily bulletin and transactional emails. SendPulse may process your name, email address, and email engagement data (opens, clicks) in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Website analytics: Aggregate, anonymised data about Site usage may be processed by analytics tools to improve performance.

Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose your data where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or competent regulatory authority.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

AGP is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Your personal data may be stored and processed in the UAE and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we take appropriate steps to ensure that such transfers are made in accordance with applicable law and that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as your subscription account is active. Following account closure or cancellation, we retain your data for a period of five (5) years to comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Email engagement data is retained for a maximum of three (3) years. You may request earlier deletion subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or through the Site.

8. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it.

Right to restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect and by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
