SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
This Subscription and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Subscribers access AGP Services via subscription plans offered at agpfueldata.com. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
2. AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
AGP currently offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Standard Plan — USD 10.00 per month
Access to the AGP Fuel Data Desk daily price bulletin covering key commodity benchmarks, standard market coverage.
Business Plan — USD 20.00 per month
All Standard Plan features plus extended market commentary, additional product coverage, and analytical context.
Pro Plan — USD 30.00 per month
All Business Plan features plus full desk commentary, priority access, and maximum product coverage.
All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are exclusive of any value-added tax, withholding tax, or other applicable taxes or duties, which remain the responsibility of the Subscriber.
3. BILLING CYCLE AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Each billing cycle begins on the date of the initial payment and renews automatically on the same calendar date each subsequent month ("Renewal Date").
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE. By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly authorise AGP and its designated payment processor to charge your registered payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each Renewal Date without further authorisation.
A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address following each successful charge. Receipts include: the amount charged; the billing date; the plan name; and a link to the cancellation page.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are processed in USD via Skrill, a regulated electronic money institution. AGP does not store, have access to, or retain your full payment card details. All payment credentials are handled by Skrill in accordance with their terms of service and applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
If your payment method fails on a Renewal Date, your access may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. AGP reserves the right to retry the charge one or more times.
5. CANCELLATION — HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation removes the auto-renewal only; you retain access to the Services until the last day of your current paid billing period.
To cancel: Visit agpfueldata.com/cancel-subscription, enter the email address associated with your account, and submit the form. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email within one (1) business day.
Alternatively, send a cancellation request to: billing@agpfueldata.com with your registered email address. We will process your request within one (1) business day.
AGP does not require you to telephone, chat with an agent, or complete any additional steps to cancel your subscription.
6. PRICE CHANGES
AGP reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' advance notice of any price change via email to your registered address. If you do not cancel your subscription before the effective date of the price change, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. PLAN UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
To change your subscription plan, contact: billing@agpfueldata.com. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No proration is applied to mid-cycle plan changes.
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION BY AGP
AGP reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any subscription account at its sole discretion in the event of: (a) material breach of the Terms of Service; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services; (c) non-payment of subscription fees; or (d) any activity that endangers the security or integrity of the Site or Services. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
